Welcome to episode 6 of Must Reads with The Rev. Dr. Karoline M. Lewis, The Marbury E. Anderson Chair of Biblical Preaching and Professor of Biblical Preaching at Luther Seminary in St. Paul, MN.

In her book, Dr. Lewis analyzes various models of leadership and offers a metaphor of the Paraclete as a framework for leading with integrity. She explores five qualities of the Paraclete, which are key to Christian leadership: accompaniment, attentiveness, authenticity, abundance, and advocacy.
